1. This is a ONE time use E-Gift Card.

2. The total amount will be directly donated to the chosen charity and cause.

3.  The individual who has bought ‘Points for People’ E-Gift Card is deemed to be the donor

4.  The Redemption Certificate will be sent to your email.

5.  To claim your 80G* certificate please share the redemption certificate via email to support@pointsforpeople.org .

6.  Tax Exemption Certificate (80G)* will only be issued to donors who provide their Name, PAN number, email address, phone number in either the form or via email to ’Points for People’.

7.  Any dispute related to the eGift Card should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.

9.  ‘Points for People’ reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the E-Gift Card at any time without any notice or liability.

10. ‘Points for People’ has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
